I was planning on showing Calvin myself at the National but as I
watched him grow and realized what a special dog he was I wanted
 to give him every advantage.  I was so grateful that Julie Desy had
an opening for him.  She and the Ilemist team groomed and
presented him far better than I could have ever done myself.  I was
so excited to be able to watch him from ringside and hear all the
nice comments about him.  I had hoped that he would make some
nice placements at the National and was thrilled when he first won a
third in futurity 9-12 puppy dog under Barb Aulbach and then won
the 9-12 AOAC class under Dorothy Christiansen.  I was absolutely
stunned when Dorothy pointed at him for Reserve Winners dog.
I couldn't have been prouder of him!  A special thank you to Julie
and her team for this huge accomplishment.  Thank you Meredith
Hector for taking Calvin back in to win RWD.
